响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的提取工艺及其抗氧化性能研究 被引量:12

Optimization in Extraction Process of Artemisia argyi Volatile Oil by Response Surface Methodology and Its Antioxidant Property

摘要 以艾叶挥发油提取率为考核指标,采用单因素实验考察浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间等对艾叶挥发油提取率的影响,在此基础上,采用响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的共水蒸馏提取工艺,并通过紫外分光光度法测定艾叶挥发油对DPPH自由基的清除率来评价其抗氧化性能。结果表明,艾叶挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间1.5 h、料液比1∶10(g∶mL)、提取时间4.5 h,在此条件下,艾叶挥发油提取率最高,为0.83%。当艾叶挥发油浓度为80 mg·mL-1时,DPPH自由基清除率最高,为39.12%。表明艾叶挥发油具有一定的抗氧化活性。 Using the extraction rate of Artemisia argyi volatile oil as an evaluation index,we investigated the effects of soaking time,solid-liquid ratio,and extraction time on the extraction rate of Artemisia argyi volatile oil by single-factor experiments.Then,we optimized the distilled water extraction process of Artemisia argyi volatile oil by response surface methodologies.Moreover,we evaluated its antioxidant properties by the determination of scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals using ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions can be determined as follows:the soaking time of 1.5 h,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10(g∶mL),and the extraction time of 4.5 h.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of Artemisia argyi volatile oil reaches the highest of 0.83%.When the concentration of Artemisia argyi volatile oil is 80 mg·mL-1,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals is the highest of 39.12%,revealing that the Artemisia argyi volatile oil has certain antioxidant activity.
