加热条件对钐铁合金熔炼效果的影响

Effect of Heating Conditions on Smelting of Sm-Fe Alloy

摘要 通过XRD,SEM,ICP等手段研究了熔炼过程中加热至沸腾后保温时间和保温熔炼功率对钐铁合金熔炼效果的影响。结果表明:保温时间和保温熔炼功率对钐铁合金终点成分和相组成的影响显著;随着保温时间的延长和保温功率的增加,钐元素挥发量持续增加,晶粒生长趋势明显,但钐铁合金内部均匀化程度高,9.5 kW保温60 s,可以得到最佳成分和相成分的钐铁合金。 The effects of holding time and power on Sm-Fe alloy melting were studied by means of XRD,SEM and ICP.The results are as followings:the effect of holding time and power on the end-point composition and phase composition of samarium-iron alloy is significant.With the prolongation of holding time and the increase of holding power,Sm volatilization continued to increase,improving homogenization of internal phase composition in Sm-Fe alloys,and the crystallization effect and grain growth of the alloy are obvious;Sm-Fe alloy with optimum composition and phase composition can be obtained by holding 9.5 kW for 60 s.
