摘要
研究了Cr部分取代Fe对Sm2(Fe1-xCrx)17N~2.7磁粉磁特性的影响。添加少量Cr(x=0-0.1),该化合物的结构不变化。随Ce含量的增加,它的Curie温度、各向异性场饱和磁化强度、平均Fe原子磁矩和平均超精细场均有所降低。材料的单相性显著改善,矫顽力提高。Sm2(Fe0.95Cr0.05)17N~2.7磁粉的矫顽力iHc达到1592kA/m。
Effect of Cr in substitution for a part of Fe on structure and magnetic properties of Sm_2(Fe_(1-x)Cr_x)_(17)N_(~2.7) alloys powder has been investigated.The structure of the alloys remains the same with an addition of Cr,saying x=0-0.1.With the increase of Cr content,their Curie temperature,anisotropic field.saturation magnetization,average Fe atom moment and average hyperfine field decrease slightly.But their homogeneity may be obviously improved and coercivity increased even up to 1592 kA/m for Sm_2(Fe_0.95Cr_0.05)_17N_(~2.7) powder.
