摘要
通过XRD,SEM,EDX等手段研究了Sm-Fe合金的凝固和均匀化热处理过程中合金的相及微观结构的变化。结果表明:Sm-Fe合金在凝固中由于包晶反应不完全,母合金中不可避免地含有α-Fe,富Sm相等杂相;1050℃,24h的热处理能有效地消除合金中的杂相和残余应力,成功地制备出成分均一的单相2?17母合金。通过实验观测和分析,建立了Sm-Fe合金凝固过程中微观结构演变的物理模型。
The phase and microstructure evolution process of Sm-Fe alloy during the solidification and homogenizing processes was studied by means of XRD, SEM and EDX. It was found that the incomplete peritectic reaction in the solidification process results in appearance of the α-Fe and rich-Sm phases in the mother alloy. Treated at 1050℃ for 24 h, the homogeneous Sm2Fe17 alloy was successfully obtained, and the impurity phases and residual stress were well removed. In addition, the model of the microstructure evolutionary process of Sm-Fe alloy during the solidification process was established based on the experimental data and analysis.
