摘要
临床实践技能作为临床医学专业一门实践性很强的学科,以培养实用型和技能型医学人才为主要目的,是临床实践教学改革的重点和难点,在高职高专医学人才培养中发挥关键作用。为进一步加强临床实践技能的培养,立足于高职高专医学教育的特点,通过完善课程体系,改革教学方法、构建教学评价体系、提升师资队伍、依托技能大赛等措施,探寻符合高职高专医学人才培养要求,初步形成科学合理的临床实践技能教学体系,培养医学生实践操作能力,切实提高学生实践能力和临床实践教学质量,增强医学生的社会适应力,为基层医疗卫生单位培养合格技能型医学人才。
As a practical subject of clinical medicine,clinical practice skills,with the main purpose of training practical and skilled medical talents,is the focus and difficulty of clinical practice teaching reform,and plays a key role in the training of medical talents in higher vocational colleges.In order to further strengthen the training of clinical practice skills,based on the characteristics of medical education in higher vocational colleges,by improving the curriculum system,reforming teaching methods,building teaching evaluation system,improving the teaching staff,relying on skills competition and other measures,we will explore the requirements of medical personnel training in higher vocational colleges,initially form a scientific and rea-sonable teaching system of clinical practice skills,and cultivate medical students Practice the ability of operation,improve the practical ability of students and the quality of clinical practice teaching,enhance the social adaptability of medical students,and train qualified skilled medical talents for basic medical and health units.
