摘要
目的研究微课在内科学临床实习教学中的具体应用。方法选取南华大学附属第一医院2018年6月-2019年6月来肿瘤内科学习的实习生58名,随机分为对照组和试验组,各29例,对照组采用常规带教手段,试验组采用微课教学手段,将两组进行对比。结果在理论知识掌握情况上、自学能力提升程度上、实操技能情况上、表达能力提升程度上以及在团队合作能力提升程度上,试验组表现"良好"的占比分别为为100%、93.10%、100%、96.55%、100%,对照组的则分别为62.07%、48.28%、55.17%、65.52%、68.97%,其两组之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用微课对肿瘤内科的实习生进行教学,不仅可以充分利用教学资源,同时可以全面提升学生临床实践技能。
Objective To study the specific application of micro-courses in clinical clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 58 interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group used conventional teaching methods and the experimental group used micro-teaching methods.Compare the two groups.Results On theoretical knowledge,self-study ability increasing extent,speaking skills situation,higher power of expression degree and extent to ascend in team cooperation ability,experimental group performance of"good"accounted respectively for 100%,93.10%,100%,96.55%and 100%,respectively in the control group was 62.07%,48.28%,55.17%,65.52%,68.97%,and the differences between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Using micro-courses to teach interns in oncology can not only make full use of teaching resources,but also comprehensively improve students’clinical practice skills.
