摘要
目的研究与分析曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物应用患者不良反应发生情况。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月58例应用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物且发生不良反应的患者为研究对象,对不良反应类型进行统计,比较不同年龄、性别患者的发生率,同时比较不良反应发生时间及用药剂量情况。结果58例患者中过敏反应发生率高于其他不良反应发生率,45~65岁患者的发生率高于其他年龄段,用药后5min内发生率高于其他时间,400mg用药剂量的发生率高于其他剂量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同性别患者的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物应用患者的多方面情况对不良反应发生存在影响,应给予充分的重视与干预。
Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of adverse reactions in patients who applied troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate.Methods Fifty-eight patients who applied troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate and had adverse reactions during January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects and we made statistical analysis on the types of adverse reactions to compare the incidences at different ages and different genders.Meanwhile we also compared the time of adverse reactions and administration dose.Results The incidence of allergic reactions was higher than that of other adverse reactions in those 58 patients;the incidence of patients aged 45-65 was higher than that of patients at other ages;the incidence occurred in 5 minutes after administration was higher than that at other times and the incidence at administration dose of 400mg was higher than that at other doses,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).While by comparing the incidences between two genders,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Multiple personal factors of patients who applied troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate had effect on the adverse reactions and it deserved due attention and intervention.
