摘要
目的:探讨曲克芦丁注射剂致药品不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1984年1月-2011年12月中国知网和万方数据报道的76例曲克芦丁注射剂ADR病例,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、ADR发生情况等进行分析。结果:曲克芦丁注射剂所致76例ADR病例中男性40例(52.63%),女性36例(47.37%),≥50a年龄组患者ADR最多,占73.69%,其出现时间多发生于用药后的前30min内。ADR累及多个器官系统,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为变态反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论:临床医师、药师应了曲克芦丁注射剂所致ADR的规律和特点,加强其应用监测,以减少ADR的发生。
Objective： To explore the general patterns and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs）induced by troxerutin injection so as to provide references for rational drug use. Methods：The above-mentioned case reports published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and Wanfang Datas from Jan. 1984 to Dec. 2011 were collected. The ordinary conditions of patients, the situation of drug use and clinical features of ADRs were analyzed. A statistical analysis was conducted on 76 ADR cases induced by troxerutin injection. Results：Among the ADR cases, 40 cases （52.63%）were male and 36 cases （47.37%）were female,and 73.69% occurred in the age group above 50 years. They usually occurred within 30 minutes after taking the drug. The ADRs involved in multiple organs and systems. The clinical manifestations were various and mainly were allergic reactions. Severe allergic reactions could result in anaphylactic shock. Conclusion ：Doctors and pharmacists should well know the patterns and characteristics of the ADRs, and the drug should be used under the strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADR.
