摘要
【目的】观察曲克芦丁治疗2型糖尿病高粘血症临床效果。【方法】72例2型糖尿病合并高粘血症患者随机分为：治疗组36例,给予曲克芦丁注射液0.5～1.0g和复方丹参注射液8～16 ml静滴,每日1次,共20天;对照组36例,未使用曲克芦丁,而降血糖、降血脂等基本治疗及复方丹参注射液应用与治疗组相同。【结果】治疗组全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度值、红细胞压积、血小板粘附率、纤维蛋白原（g/L）和临床症状的改善幅度均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。【结论】曲克芦丁对糖尿病高粘血症有显著疗效,未发现严重不良反应。
[Objective] To observe the effect of troxerutin by injection on type2 diabetes with hyperviscosity. [Methods]Seventy two cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperviscosity were involved in a randomized controlled clinical trial. In troxerutin group, 36 cases were treated with 0.5 - 1.0g troxerutin and 8 to16ml Danshen solved in 250 mL normal saline by intravenous injection everyday for 20 days. In control group, 36 cases were treated with the same basic hypoglycemic therapy and blood lipid lowering drugs except 250ml Danshen by injection. [Results] The effective rate of diabetes with hyperviscosity was improved significantly in troxerutin group compared with that of the controls （ P〈 0.05 ） . [Conclusion]Troxerutin has good effects on diabetic hyperviscosity.
