摘要
目的评估2016年1月~2018年1月茂名市区托幼机构消毒质量。方法按照《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》(粤疾控[2013]121号)要求、《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》,对茂名市幼儿园内物体表面、空气、消毒剂、手以及玩具的消毒质量等进行监测。结果2016年1月~2018年1月共监测物体表面、空气、玩具、消毒剂、手、紫外线灯等六类样品,其中对三类幼儿园机构空气质量进行监测,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组幼儿园物体表面、玩具、消毒剂、手、紫外线灯强度检测等五类样品的合格率明显比B组幼儿园与C组幼儿园高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。共监测公办和民办幼儿园样品520件、453件,合格率分别为91.3%、84.2%。公办幼儿园样品合格率高于民办幼儿园,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.918,P<0.05)。结论茂名市规模较大的幼儿园物品消毒质量明显比规模较小幼儿园更佳,在玩具与手消毒质量合格率均较低,容易传播病菌,因此应当健全幼儿园消毒机制,并加强相关监督部门监督力度。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality in nursery institutions of Maoming from January 2016 to January 2018.Methods Monitoring the disinfection quality of object surface,air,sanitizer,hands and toys in the kindergartens of Maoming was conducted as per requirements in Disinfection Quality Monitoring Technical Protocols for Medical Institutions and Nursery Institutions in Guangdong(Trial)(Guangdong Disease Control[2013]No.121),Technical Standard for Disinfection and Sanitary Standard of Hospital Disinfection.Results Six types of samples were monitored from January 2016 to January 2018,including object surface,air,toys,sanitizer,ha nds,UV lamp and others.Three kinds of kindergartens were monitored for air quality and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The qualification rate of kindergartens in group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C concerning five samples of object surface,toys,sanitizer,hands and UV lamps,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Totally 520 and 453 pieces of samples from public and private kindergartens were monitored,with qualification rate of 91.3%and 84.2%respectively.The qualification rate of public kindergartens was higher than that of private kindergartens,with statistically significant difference(χ^2=11.918,P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality of objects from larger kindergartens in Maoming is superior to small kindergartens,with relatively low qualification rate concerning disinfection of toys and hands,and they are easy to transmit disease.As a result,the kindergarten disinfection mechanism should be perfected and oversight from related supervisory authorities should be strengthened.
