摘要
目的了解成都市托幼机构消毒工作质量,为相关部门提供技术和数据支持,进一步做好托幼机构消毒工作。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2004)和《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》(GB14934-1994)对成都市2009—2011年2 203个托幼机构的班级室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手、餐(饮)具表面的消毒质量进行检测。结果 2009—2011年总合格率为93.03%,不同年份合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=273.17,P<0.01);室内空气合格率为80.55%,物体表面为97.71%,工作人员手为93.75%,餐(饮)具表面为91.69%。市区消毒合格率为94.54%,近郊为90.59%,远郊为91.38%,市区和郊区合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=277.59,P<0.01)。结论成都市托幼机构的消毒效果整体较好,2009—2011年合格率逐年提高,但室内空气质量合格率较低,相关行政部门应加强对托幼机构空气的消毒,为幼儿提供更加卫生的学习环境。
Objective To understand the disinfection work quality of Chengdu childcare institutions so as to provide the technical and data support for the relevant departments to do better for the disinfection work.Methods The disinfection quality of classroom indoor air,body surfaces,hands of workers and surface of tableware in 203 childcare institutions in Chengdu city during 2009—2011 were detected according to the Technical Standard for Disinfection（2004） issued by the Ministry of Health and the Sterilization and Sanitation Standard of Food and Tablewares（GB14934-1994）.Results During 2009-2011,the total qualified rate was 93.03%,comparing the quality rates in different years showed statistical difference（χ2=273.17,P0.001）.The qualified rate was 80.55% for indoor air,97.71% for the body surface,93.75%for hands of workers and 91.69% for surface of tablewarethe.The disinfection qualified rate was 94.54% for downtown,90.59% for suburb and 91.38% for exurband,showing statistical difference between downown and suburb（χ2=277.59,P0.001）.Conclusion The total disinfection effects of Chengdu childcare institutions are better.The annual qualified rate during 2009—2011 was enhanced year by year.But the qualified rate of indoor air is still low.The relevant administrative departments should strengthen the air disinfection work in the childcare institutions to provide more healthy learning environment for children.
