摘要
目的探讨“升阳益胃”穴位埋线疗法治疗肝胃不和型胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法选取就诊于柳州市中医医院脾胃病门诊或住院的70例肝胃不和型胃食管反流病患者为研究对象,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予“升阳益胃”穴位埋线疗法治疗,对照组给予单纯奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊口服治疗。两组均治疗12周后对比治疗前后症状改善情况和临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组食管上括约肌压力(UESP)、食管体部远端收缩积分(DCI)、食管下括约肌压力(LESP)高于对照组,胃酸反流次数和暴露时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“升阳益胃”穴位埋线疗法对肝胃不和型胃食管反流病,能显著提高食管动力,较传统西药治疗,可发挥改善患者生活质量和心理健康的作用,且具有复发率低,方便价廉的优势。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of"Shengyang Yiwei"acupoint thread-embedding therapy in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony-type gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods Seventy patients with liver-stomach disharmony-type gastroesophageal reflux disease who visited Outpatient or hospitalized at Liuzhou TCM Hospital were selected as subjects and randomized into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given"Shengyang Yiwei"acupoint thread-embedding therapy,while the control group applied single Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules by oral administration.The improvement of symptoms and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between two groups after treatment for 12 weeks.Results The upper esophageal sphincter pressure(UESP),distal contractile integral(DCI)of esophageal body and lower esophageal sphincter pressure(LESP)of treatment group were higher than control group,times of gastric acid regurgitation and exposure time were lower than control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of"Shengyang Yiwei"acupoint thread-embedding therapy was superior to single western medicine in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony-type gastroesophageal reflux disease,which could significantly enhance the esophageal motility for patients and improve their quality of life and mental health,with low relapse rate.It's also convenient and low in price,worthy of clinical application.
