摘要
中庸之道是儒家思想的灵魂,“慎独”“执两用中”“过犹不及”“时中”都是中庸思想的重要内容,一直影响着中医学的发生发展进程。中医诊断学包含丰富的哲学思想,中庸思想在中医诊断教学过程中多有体现,尤其是在中医治法方面,其中“中和观”与儒家中庸之道相辅相成。文章通过查阅书籍文献,挖掘中医诊断学中医治法方面儒家中庸思想的体现,以期能够对中医诊断教学和临床实践有所裨益。
The doctrine of the mean is the soul of Confucianism,and the important contents of the doctrine of the mean,such as“being prudent and alone”,“using both”,“going too far is as bad as not going far enough”and“being in the middle”,have always influenced the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine contains rich philosophical thoughts,and the doctrine of the mean is reflected in the teaching process of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,especially in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in which“neutral view”and the Confucian doctrine of the mean complement each other.This paper explored the embodiment of the Confucian doctrine of the mean in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis by consulting books and literature,hoping to be helpful to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis teaching and clinical practice.
