摘要
知识生产模式是决定学科质量的关键因素。探究大学知识生产模式变革趋势及影响,进而找到学科建设创新之道,对于建设世界一流大学具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。当今大学的知识生产模式正在经历着从追求学术卓越的“模式Ⅰ”到注重问题解决的“模式Ⅱ”、再到突出协同创新的“模式Ⅲ”的重大转型,衍生了政治的、公共的与竞争的多重学科发展逻辑,并使学科呈现出组织的综合性、制度的开放性、知识的集成性和文化的包容性等新特征。顺应大学知识生产模式变革趋势的新要求,应立足顶层设计,树立系统思维,从调整国家科技发展战略、改变知识导向逻辑、改革学科组织形式、革新学科制度体系、创建新型学科文化生态以及培养交叉学科人才等方面入手,全面推进学科创新发展、持续发展。
The mode of knowledge production is a key factor that determines the quality of a discipline.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the trend and impact of the change in the mode of knowledge production,and then find a way to innovate discipline construction for building world-class universities.The current mode of universities knowledge production is undergoing a major transformation from"mode Ⅰ"in pursuit of academic excellence to"modeⅡ"focusing on problem solving and then to"mode Ⅲ"that highlights collaborative innovation.It has produced a multi discipline developmental logic of politics,public and competition,and created disciplines to show the comprehensiveness of organization,openness of system,integration of knowledge and culture and new features of inclusiveness.In accordance with the new requirements of the trends of knowledge production mode reform,there is a need of top-level design to establish systematic thinking,and comprehensive promotion of the innovative and sustainable development of disciplines for adapting the national science and technology development strategy.So as to cultivate interdisciplinary talents,there is further need to change the logic of knowledge orientation,reform the organizational form of disciplines,and innovate the discipline system to create new disciplines.
