摘要
在"双一流"建设背景下,大学跨学科学术组织成为学术组织创新的重要形式。我国大学跨学科学术组织在发展中面临着制度环境、组织架构、文化价值等多重冲突。工程化的大学治理思维、学科张力与权力冲突是其重要成因。大学跨学科学术组织亟须向"内生性制度创新"变革,需要创设"共同抉择"的府学关系,构建跨学科协同创新体系,形成多元参与的资源竞争和成果评价机制,营造开放、信任的跨学科合作场域。
In the context of the ＂Double First-class＂ construction, interdisciplinary academic organizations in universities become important forms of academic organization innovation. Multiple conflicts in terms of institutional environment, organization structure, and culture value arise in the development of interdisciplinary academic organization of China＇s universities, which, to a large extent, attributes to the engineering university governance thinking, discipline tension and power conflict. Interdisciplinary academic organizations in universities urgently need to change towards the ＂endogenous system innovation＂ by building the ＂shared decision-making＂ government relations and interdisciplinary collaborative innovation system, forming the multiple participatory resource competition and outcome evaluation mechanism, and creating an open and trusting interdisciplinary cooperation field.
