摘要
陕甘宁边区第一届劳模表彰大会的召开,是中国共产党对过往革命动员和激励机制的一次全面总结和检视。既具有历史开创意义,又有着新制度与新政治仪式的奠基之功。通过自上而下的表彰和动员,在群众路线、思想革命以及劳模榜样作用的发挥等方面,中国共产党创设出一套成功的组织形式和工作方法。在特殊的历史困境中,它使得思想改造运动和发展生产运动二者完美结合起来,属于一次伟大创举。同时,这次大会是马克思主义中国化进程中制度建设、思想改造和社会革命方面具有里程碑意义的重要历史事件,其影响深远。
The Communist Party of China(CPC)conducted a comprehensive summary and inspection to the previous revolutionary mobilization and incentive mechanism through The First Model Worker Commendation Conference in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.Besides its historical initiation,this conference also laid down the foundation for new institutional systems and political ceremonies.Through a top-down commendation and mobilization,the CPC has created a series of successful organizational forms and working modes in terms of the mass line,the ideological revolution and model workers’exemplary roles.During this special historical predicament,it innovatively combined the ideological reform and production development movements.So far as the Marxist sinicization process is concerned,this conference is an equally significant historical milestone in the institution construction,ideological reform and social revolution,leaving behind a far-reaching influence.
