摘要
厦门住宅建设集团办公楼项目东侧大开洞造型采用4根钢管吊挂柱,由屋面3榀H型钢承重转换桁架进行拉结。结合钢桁架结构特点与施工难点分析,采用临时支撑和高空散拼结合安装工艺,结构施工组装完成后拆除临时支撑。临时支撑搭设前,建立钢结构深化设计和安装分析模型,分阶段模拟安装和卸载过程,并对比计算参数和监测数据来指导钢结构安装和卸载操作,确保安装和卸载过程中的安装精度和结构稳定。
The big opening adopts four steel-pipe suspension columns and tied by three H-shaped steel trusses of roof in the eastern of office building of Xiamen Housing Group. Temporary lattice supports and high-altitude dispersion method are combined for installation after analyzing the construction merits and difficulties of steel conversion truss. Supports are removed after assembling. Before erection of supports,detailed design and installation analysis model are established for construction sequence and unloading process. In the meantime,computation parameters and monitoring data are used to help steel components installation and unloading operation which ensure the precision and structural stability during installation process.
