摘要
坪山高新区综合服务中心项目屋盖创新性采用装配式金属屋面系统,在保证各项基本功能的前提下实现了快速建造。对本项目屋面工程的工程概况、施工部署及主要施工技术进行介绍,并分析了屋面工程的施工难点,如主钢结构误差调整、屋面防渗漏、抗风设计、屋面板咬合等,并提出对应措施。
The roof of Pingshan High-tech Integrated Service Center project adopts innovative assembled metal roof system,which achieves rapid construction on the premise of guaranteeing various basic functions. The general situation,construction deployment and main construction technology of the roof project are introduced,and the construction difficulties and corresponding measures of the roof project are analyzed.
