摘要
计算机控制液压整体滑移技术是近年来很多大跨度钢结构屋盖施工所采用的安装方法。该方法具有安装作业位置固定,采用设备相对简单,施工速度快,安全性能好等优点。文中以某大型屋盖的整体滑移施工为例,首先通过对3个初选方案的比较,确定了施工的最佳滑移方案,然后为考虑滑移的不同步对结构受力状态的影响,对在选取的滑移方案下进行施工的结构进行了不同步施工验算,最后根据计算分析结果提出了针对该工程施工的相关技术措施,所得结论为类似工程的整体滑移施工提供参考。
The technique of hydraulic synchronizing slipping of a whole structure under computer control is widely used in the long span structures in recent years. There are lots of advantages to use this technique. By comparing three preliminary slipping schemes of a large truss roof, the best one is determined. Meanwhile, the control of synchronizing of the roof which is slipped using the determined scheme is analyzed. Some significant conclusions are obtained, which provide useful experience for construction of similar projects.
