摘要
绿色发展理念是五大新发展理念之一,它要求企业必须坚持绿色发展和可持续发展,有利于企业的长远发展。电商企业作为成长速度较快的一类企业,在发展过程中遇到一系列问题,其中物流成本居高不下的问题尤为突出。本文主要研究在绿色发展理念指引下电商企业物流成本管理中存在的问题以及相应的对策。
The concept of green development is one of the five new development concepts.It requires enterprises to adhere to green development and sustainable development,which is conducive to the longterm development of enterprises.As a fastgrowing type of enterprise,ecommerce enterprises have encountered a series of problems in the development process,among which the problem of high logistics costs is particularly prominent.This article mainly studies the problems and corresponding countermeasures in logistics cost management of ecommerce enterprises under the guidance of green development concept.
