摘要
绿色物流是社会可持续发展的必然要求,建立有效的协作机制是完善我国绿色物流跨域协作的重要途径。目前主要存在的问题是,缺少宏观层面的引导机制,物流标准化程度低,物流基础设施配套性差,缺乏统一的物流信息共享体系等。因此,应充分借鉴国外经验,在清理、调整和完善现行物流机制的基础上,构建我国绿色物流跨域协作的组织体系、信息交互机制、考核机制、激励机制和行为约束机制。
Green logistics is the inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of society： establishing an effective cooperation mechanism is an important way to improve cross domain cooperation of green logistics in China. At present, the main problems are the lack of guiding mechanism from the macro level, the low-degree logistics standardization, the poor logistics infrastructure supporting, and the lack of unified logistics information sharing system. We should learn the experiences of other countries and establish the organization system, information interaction mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism for the cross domain collaboration of green logistics of China based on clearing, adjusting and perfecting the current logistics mechanism.
