摘要
我国物流产业发展正处于重要的战略机遇期,以粗放经营方式发展的传统物流产业急需转型升级。当前,我国绿色物流发展面临政策法规不健全,缺乏监管约束;硬件基础设施薄弱,先进技术支撑动力不足;产业结构、区域结构、供应链结构矛盾突出;政府、企业及消费者的绿色物流意识欠缺等问题。应制定绿色物流产业规划和评价体系;以绿色发展为导向,加强对基础设施的技术改造;加强绿色物流产品研发;培养引领绿色物流发展的人才队伍;树立物流产业发展新理念。以此保证绿色物流向规范化发展,强化物流产业对生态文明建设的内生推动力。
China＇s logistics industry is in an important period of strategic opportunities. Traditional logistics industries that are developed in an extensive manner are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. In or- der to meet the requirements of new economic development, it is necessary to speed up the elimination of out- dated logistics technologies and equipment, innovate the green operation management process and operation mode, and comprehensively promote green projects in such areas as packaging, warehousing, and transporta- tion. At present, the development of China＇s green logistics is faced with many problems such as unsound poli- cies and regulations, lack of regulatory constraints, weak hardware infrastructure, insufficient support for ad- vanced technology, green concepts need to be improved, lack of service awareness, and the conflicting indus- trial structure, regional structure, and supply chain structure. In order to ensure the development of green lo- gistics to standardization, and strengthen the endogenous driving force of logistics industry for the construction of ecological civilization, We should formulate a logistics industry management system and establish a green e- valuation system ; pay attention to the rational use of hardware facilities, give play to the value of the soft tech- nology of the logistics industry; adhere to modern development concepts and enhance environmental protection awareness ; enhance the level of development of the logistics industry, strengthen the strategic layout of the in- dustry; strengthen the development of green logistics products, and cultivate complex talents.
