摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)和VEGF-B在脂多糖(LPS)应激小鼠大脑皮质中的表达。方法12只雄性ICR小鼠随机均分两组。LPS组腹腔注射LPS 5 mg/kg(1 mL),对照组腹腔注射1 mL生理盐水。24 h后处死小鼠,取大脑皮质组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR和Western blot检测VEGF-A和VEGF-B mRNA及其蛋白在大脑皮质中的表达水平。结果LPS组小鼠大脑皮质组织中VEGF-A mRNA及其蛋白表达量下降(P<0.05),而VEGF-B mRNA及其蛋白表达量升高(P<0.05)。结论VEGF-A和VEGF-B可能影响LPS应激小鼠大脑皮质。
Objective To explore the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-A and VEGF-B expressions in the cerebral cortex of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stressed mice.MethodsTwelve male ICR mice were randomly divided into two groups with 6 mice each.LPS 5 mg/kg in 1 mL was injected intraperitoneally in group L and normal saline 1 mL was injected intraperitoneally in group C.The mice of two groups were killed 24 hours later and the expressions of VEGF-A and VEGF-B mRNA and protein in the cerebral cortex were detected by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot,respectively Results Compared with group C,the expressions of VEGF-A mRNA and protein were decreased,but the expressions of VEGF-B mRNA and protein were increased in group L(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF-A and VEGF-B may affect the cerebral cortex of LPS-stressed mice.
