内毒素脂多糖对体外血脑屏障模型通透性的影响及其机制研究 被引量:16

摘要 感染性脑损伤时血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)通透性增加在血管源性脑水肿发生发展中起重要作用,因此,阐明感染性脑损伤时BBB通透性改变及其调控机制具有十分重要的临床意义。本研究利用同种属的星型胶质细胞(astrocytes,AS)与脑微血管内皮细胞(bain microvascular endothelial cell,BMEC)共同培养,建立体外BBB模型,探讨BBB紧密连接蛋白和细胞骨架肌动蛋白(actin)在内毒素脂多糖(1ipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的BBB通透性增高中的变化及其与Rho/Rho激酶细胞信号转导通路的关系。对这一问题的深入探讨,有助于进一步阐明感染性脑损伤的发病机制,为其临床防治提供新的思路。
