活血化瘀中药对实验性急性脑梗死大鼠脑组织VEGF、bFGF mRNA表达的影响 被引量:5

The Influence of Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis Herbs on VEGF,bFGF mRNA in Brain of Rats with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的观察活血化瘀中药对实验性急性脑梗死大鼠脑组织VEGF、bFGFmRNA表达的影响。方法利用线栓法制备急性脑梗死大鼠模型,给予活血化瘀中药,在不同时点取大鼠脑组织,用RT-PCR法检测VEGF、bFGFmRNA表达变化。结果活血化瘀中药能够上调VEGF、bFGFmRNA表达。结论活血化瘀中药能够改善急性脑梗死大鼠脑组织的缺血情况。 Objective:To study Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis herbs for the varying of brain to organize VEGF and the bFGF mRNA content counter.Methods:Permanent local ischemia was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats. After operation, Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis herbs were given to the rats. With counter copies the PCR Method (RT-PCR) to examine the brain to organize VEGF and the bFGF mRNA content.Results:The herbs could improve the degree of VEGF and the bFGF mPNA content.Conclusion:Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis herbs could improve the blood supply for brain of rats with cerebral ischemia-induced acute injuries.
