超细粉磨活化河北某磷矿粉试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Study on Activation of a Phosphate Rock Powder in Hebei by Ultrafine Grinding

摘要 采用行星式球磨机对某含磷11.82%的磷矿粉进行粉磨,通过NKT6100-D激光粒度分析仪对产品进行检测分析,考查了转速、充填率、料球比、球配以及磨矿时间对产品粒度的影响。结果表明:在转速为500r/min,充填率为50%,料球比为0.875,球配为3:1的条件下,磨矿效果较佳。在此基础上,研究了磷矿粉粒度大小对其枸溶率的影响,发现随着磷矿粉粒度的减小,枸溶率明显提高。最终粉磨产品中枸溶率比原矿枸溶率提高了5~7倍,最高可达到63.45%。 A planetary ball mill was used for grinding of 11.82% phosphorus phosphate powder.And the product was tested and analyzed by NKT6100-D laser particle size analyzer.The effect of speed of mill,filling rate,material ratio,ball ratio and grinding time on granularity were investigated.The results show that the grinding effect is best under the condition of the speed of 500r/min,the filling rate of 50%,the ratio of the ball to the ball of 0.875 and the ball ratio of 3:1.On this basis,the influence of the particle size of phosphate rock on its enthalpy dissolution rate was explored.It was found that with the decrease of the particle size of phosphate rock,the mashing rnate was significantly improved.In the final grinding product,the mashing rate is increased by 5-7 times relative to the original ore boring rate,and the highest can reach 63.45%.
