摘要
本文依据目前活化磷矿最优手段的机械活化原理,采用正交设计,运用行星式球磨机针对我国成因类型不同的12种磷矿石,经研磨研究比较了机械活化前后有效磷质量分数的差异,并探究了机械活化的最佳条件。结果表明:经过机械活化后,辛集磷矿有效磷质量分数可达7.95%,其他磷矿石有效磷质量分数皆达到12%~15%;磷矿石有效磷最佳机械活化反应条件为:填充率0.33、转速1500r/min、球料比30∶1、时间21min、钢球直径18mm;最终确认所有磷矿石经过机械活化后有效磷质量分数均显著提高,其中磷的枸溶率第一的是辛集磷矿为77.9%,第二的是矾山磷矿为67.9%,第三的是宜昌磷矿为66.0%。
This study is based on the principle of optimal mechanical activation method on activating available phosphorus from phosphate rock,we have compared the differences on available phosphorus content before and after mechanical activation using planetary ball mill from 12 different types of phosphate rock samples,and explored the optimal mechanical activation conditions.The result shows that,through mechanical activation,the available phosphorus content from Xinji's phosphate rock sample reaches 7.95%,the available content from other phosphate rock samples can reach 12%~15%.The optimal mechanical activation conditions for activating available phosphorus are as follows:filling rate is at 0.33;milling speed is at 1500r/min;ball material ratio is at 30∶1,activation time is 21 minutes,steel ball diameter is 18 mm.After mechanical activation,the available phosphorus content from all phosphate rock samples are significantly increased,and citric acid soluble phosphorus content from studied samples in decreasing order is:Xinji's phosphate rock sample,Fanshan's phosphate rock sample,Yichang's phosphate rock sample,with respectively citrate acid soluble phosphorus rates of 77.9%,67.9%,66.0% respectively.
