摘要
针对青海某铅锌矿球磨过磨现象,利用磨矿动力学原理,建立该矿样球磨磨矿动力学方程,利用该磨矿动力学方程,指导该选厂球磨磨矿,以减轻过磨现状。结果显示,磨机过磨较为严重,为减轻球磨过磨现象,建议减少磨矿时间或降低磨矿浓度,减少矿样在球磨机里的时间,加快矿样的排出,减轻矿样过磨现象,以此不仅提高了铅锌矿的回收率,且减少了球磨能耗,降低了钢耗。
Aiming at the phenomenon of ball-milling over-grinding in a lead-zinc mine in Qinghai,the kinetic equation of ball-milling grinding is established by using the principle of grinding kinetics.The grinding kinetic equation is used to guide the ball mill grinding of the plant for reducing over-grinding.The results show that the mill is more serious than over-grinding.In order to reduce the phenomenon of ball-milling and over-grinding,it is recommended to reduce the grinding time or reduce the grinding concentration,reduce the time of the ore sample in the ball mill,speed up the discharge of the ore sample,and reduce the over-grinding phenomenon of the ore sample.This not only improves the recovery rate of leadzinc ore,but also reduces the energy consumption of the ball mill and reduces the steel consumption.
