摘要 为了有效预防煤矿尘肺病,针对传统防尘口罩存在的弊端,提出用动力送风,将含粉尘的矿井空气经过滤后供给人员呼吸的思路,设计研制一种适合煤矿井下使用的本质安全型动力送风防尘面罩。重点介绍其工作原理、结构特征及其关键技术特性(如最小送风量、持续使用时间、过滤效率、安全性能)等内容。该防尘口罩已经通过国家相关检验部门的监测,并经现场使用验证,基本解决了传统防尘口罩存在的防尘效果差、气流交换不畅等问题,为矿工个体预防尘肺病提供一种新途径,配合国家对于煤矿尘肺病的防治工作。 In order to effectively prevent coal mine pneumoconiosis,aiming at the drawbacks of traditional dust-proof masks,the idea of using power air supply to filter dust-containing mine air and supply people with breath has been put forward,and a kind of intrinsically safe power air supply dust-proof masks suitable for coal mine underground has been designed and developed.The working principle,structural characteristics and key technical characteristics(such as minimum air supply,continuous use time,filtration efficiency,and safety performance)of the filter have been mainly introduced.The dust-proof mask has been monitored by the relevant national inspection departments and verified by field use.It can basically solve the problems of poor dust-proof effect and poor air exchange of the traditional dust-proof mask.It can provide a new way for individual miners to prevent pneumoconiosis and cooperate with the national prevention and control work for pneumoconiosis in coal mine.
