预制舱式模块化变电站关键技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 光伏、风电等新能源的快速发展,对可快速拼装、施工周期短的预制舱式模块化变电站需求大幅增加,经调研发现,此类受电站存在舱体隔热差、易腐蚀和易进尘、分模块设备布置和分段不合理及运输、吊装困难等问题。分析了问题产生的原因,通过增加断桥夹芯板改进表面处理和喷锌工艺,提高了舱体隔热、抗腐能力,经试验达到要求;换用微正压空调系统,使舱内保持微正压,提高了防尘效果;优化分模块设备布置,合理分段,方便运输的同时,增加了可扩展性;总结经验对电站线缆进出及接线方式、整站电磁兼容及辅助设备配置等关键技术进行研究并提供方案;为预制舱式模块化变电站的设计、推广提供依据和参考。 With the rapid development of new energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power,the demand for prefabricated modular substations with rapid assembly and short on-site construction period has increased significantly.A large number of investigations have found that prefabricated modular substations have problems such as poor heat insulation,easy corrosion and easy dusting,unreasonable layout of independent sub-modules,and difficulties in transportation and lifting.The causes of these problems are analyzed.Through the addition of broken bridge sandwich panels and improved surface treatment and zinc spraying process,the cabin insulation and corrosion resistance are improved,and all the indicators have been tested to meet the application requirements.The use of micro-positive air conditioning maintains a slight positive pressure inside the cabin,improves the dustproof effect of the cabin.The reseach optimizes the equipment layout of each sub-module,reasonably segments,and improves the flexibility of power station design while facilitating transportation.According to engineering experience,it researches and provides solutions for key technologies such as power cable entry and exit,wiring mode,electromagnetic compatibility of entirety stations,and auxiliary equipment configuration.The research content provides basis and reference for the design and promotion of prefabricated modular substation.
