内嵌草砖混凝土复合砌块使用性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on the using performance of concrete composite block embedded straw-bale

摘要 为研究内嵌草砖混凝土复合砌块这一新型材料的使用性能,分别对该砌块的热工、抗压、防腐及抗火性能展开试验研究。主要研究结果表明:利用2%~5%浓度Na OH溶液软化稻草秸秆制备而成的草砖,其成型效果较好,体积收缩率在2.84%~5.34%之间,具备良好的体积稳定性,导热系数在0.038~0.086 W/(m·K)之间,具备良好的保温隔热性能;在混凝土空心砌块中内嵌草砖,可显著降低其导热系数,提升砌块的保温隔热效果;随着Na OH浓度的增加,内嵌草砖含水率及导热系数、复合砌块的导热系数均呈逐渐增大的变化趋势。按此配合比及加工工艺制备而成的内嵌草砖混凝土复合砌块具备一定的承载能力,可用于承重的低层建筑之中;复合砌块具备良好的耐霉防腐性能,可用于湿热环境地区;同时,该复合砌块为不燃材料,可用于有耐火性能要求的保温隔热结构构件之中。 To study the using performance of the new kind material of concrete composite block,the thermal,compressive,anticorrosive and fire resitance performances were discussed througth different experiments,respectively.The results mainly show that the straw-bale which is made by straw stalk through the softening effects of 2%~5%concentration Na OH solution has good molding effects,and the volume shrinkage ratio is within 2.84%~5.34%,showing good volume stability.The straw-bale has good thermal insulation performacne with the thermal coductivity within 0.038~0.086 W/(m·K).Embed straw bale into concrete hollow block can effectively decrease its thermal conductivity ratio and improve its thermal insulation effects.With the increase of Na OH solution concentration,the water content and thermal conductivity ratio of embeded straw-bale,the thermal conductivity ratio of the composite block both present the increasing trend.The concrete composite block embeded with straw-bale according to the mix ratio and processing technology.It proposed has certain bearing capacity,and it can be used in the low-rise buildings as the bearing materials.The composite block has good mildew and corrosion resistance ability,can be used in hygrotheraml areas.At the same time,the compostie block is a kind of non-combustible materials,which can be used in the structural components that have fire resistance requirements.
