基于EDEM的称重式活鱼分级机仿真分析与参数优化

摘要 为解决活鱼在加工、养殖、售卖过程中分选效率低、损伤率高、分选精度低等问题,设计了一种称重式活鱼分选机,可一次性完成活鱼整理、称重、分级等作业工序。根据生产实际运作模式以及功能需求,确定了活鱼分选机进鱼量、进鱼时倾斜角度以及进鱼速度,结合EDEM仿真试验,建立活鱼-分级机离散元模型,系统分析活鱼在收获时的动态过程。以进鱼量、进鱼时倾斜角度和进鱼速度为试验因素,以分级效率和鱼体损伤率为试验指标进行优化分析,得到活鱼分选机最佳工作参数,即进鱼量为3.16条/s、进鱼速度为0.67 m/s、进鱼倾角为35.4°时,鱼损率为1.49%,效率为77.08%,满足活鱼分选工序对分选效率和分选精度的基本要求,为活鱼分级机的设计与开发提供数据支撑和理论依据。 In order to solve the problems of low sorting efficiency,high damage rate and low sorting accuracy during the process of processing,breeding and selling of live fish,a weighing-type live fish sorting machine was designed in this study,which could complete the sorting,weighing and grading of live fish at one time.According to the actual operation mode and functional requirements of production,the fish feed volume,tilt angle and fish feed speed of the live fish sorting machine were determined.A discrete element model of the live fish-grading machine combined with the EDEM simulation test was established so as to systematically analyse the dynamic process of the live fish during harvesting.The optimal working parameters of the live fish sorting machine were obtained by taking the fish intake,tilting angle and fish intake speed as the test factors,and the grading efficiency and fish damage rate as the test indexes,when the fish intake was 3.16 pc∕s,the fish intake speed was 0.67 m∕s,and the tilting angle of the fish intake was 35.4°,the fish damage rate was 1.49%,and the efficiency was 77.08%,which could meet the basic requirements for the grading efficiency and grading accuracy of the live fish sorting process and provide solid data support and theoretical basis for the design and development of the live fish grading machine to ensure its efficiency and accuracy in practical applications.
