摘要
随着经济国际化趋势的不断加强， 一个主权国家或经济集团在经济发展战略上越来越重视其经济发展的内外安全， 并采取相应措施巩固内部的经济安全——作为一个国家或集团发展经济的现实基础， 它直接影响国家的综合发展水平。而外部经济安全则保障内部经济安全措施的顺利实施， 尤其表现在海外资源供给。
With the constant enhancement of international economic tendency a sovereign state or an economic bloc is becoming more concerned about its security both at home and abroad in the economic development strategy. In this sense, it has to take relevant measures to intensify its interior economic security. As an actual basis for the economic development of a state or a bloc, the interior economic security directly influences the unified level of development. While the exterior economic security will, on the other hand, ensure a smooth implementation of interior economic security measures, particularly in overseas resources supply, establishment of transnational corporations and the world market, international competition and cooperation.
