摘要
在当代生物医学模式环境下,国内外医学界普遍认识到疾病疗效的评价不能仅停留在生化指标等客观层面上,在改善生物医学指标的同时,患者的主观层面如心理、社会适应等情况也应得到相应的改善。作为评价患者主观感受的生活质量指标已经越来越为人们所重视,而中医的疾病诊疗过程又与生活质量所关注的内容相吻合,故可将中医诊疗与生活质量内容相结合,用中医生活质量量表对疾病疗效进行评价。文章针对中医生活质量评价量表的研究现状,通过查阅大量相关文献,总结现有量表研制经验,从而梳理出研制中医生活质量评价量表的科学思路和方法,以期为临床量表的研制工作提供一些参考。
In the context of modern biomedical models,it is widely recognized by the medical community at home and abroad that the evaluation of disease efficacy should not only stay on the objective level such as biochemical indicators,but also be improved on the subjective level such as psychological and social adaptation.The quality of life,which is used to evaluate the subjective feelings of patients,has been paid more and more attention by people,and the disease diagnosis and treatment process of TCM is consistent with the content of quality of life.Therefore,TCM diagnosis and treatment can be combined with the content of quality of life,and the curative effect of diseases can be evaluated by the quality of life scale of TCM.In this paper,based on the research status of the Chinese medicine quality of life evaluation scale,through consulting a large number of relevant literature,summarizing the existing development experience of the scale,so as to sort out the scientific ideas and methods for the development of the Chinese medicine quality of life evaluation scale,in order to provide some references for the development of the clinical scale.
