摘要
基于舱门机构模型,采用线性磨损假设并考虑到"有效长度理论",在MSC.Adams中建立了舱门机构的磨损模型,考虑到舱门机构的失效模式,提出了一种基于运动精度的失效判据,给出了舱门机构磨损情况下可靠性分析的基本方法,使用课题组编制的可靠性分析软件并通过调用机械动力学仿真软件Adams,分别采用蒙特卡罗法和重要抽样法对舱门机构磨损情况下的运动精度可靠性进行了分析计算。计算分析发现:在一定范围内,磨损对舱门机构可靠性的影响是可以接受的,而一旦超过一定的磨损量,舱门机构的可靠性大大降低,影响飞行安全。
Based on mechanism model of aircraft hatch doors, by adopting linear wear hypothesis and taking the " effective length theory" , the wear model of aircraft hatch doors was established by using MSC ADAMS in this paper. By considering the failure mode of the aircraft hatch door mechanism, a kind of failure criteria based on motion accuracy was proposed, providing the fundamental method for the aircraft hatch door mechanism under the condition of wearing. By using the software compiled by the discussion group and by introducing the mechanical dynamics simulation software (ADAMS), the Monte-Carlo method and the important sampling method were utilized to analyze and calculate the reliability of motion accuracy for the mechanism when the mechanism is under wearing condition. It was found that the influence on the hinge reliability by abrasion could be acceptable in certain range. However, when the wear amount exceeds certain value, the reliability of the hatch door mechanism will be reduced greatly, having influence on the flight safety.
