摘要
对Ｙ８Ｃ货舱门锁机构系统的失效模式进行了分析，指出了引起锁机构失效的主要原因是各部件之间的磨损。根据货舱门锁机构的工作原理，建立了分析和评估锁机构磨损可靠性的数学模型，导出了锁机构的磨损失效判据，给出了货舱门锁机构系统磨损可靠性分析和评估的一般方法。根据Ｙ８Ｃ货舱门锁机构的试验数据，对货舱门锁机构及其系统的磨损可靠度进行了计算，获得了货舱门锁机构及其系统的磨损可靠度函数。最后，提出了货舱门锁机构系统磨损可靠性增长的有效途径。
The failure mode of a locking device for the Y8C's cargo door has been analysed. It has been also pointed out that the main factor causing the device into failure is the wear among its components. According to the working principle of the locking device,the mathematical model for analysing and estimating the wearing reliability of the device is established. The criteria of wearing failure of the device is derived,and the general method which is used for the analysis and estimation of the wearing reliability is given. On the basis of experimental data of the locking device for the cargo door,the wearing reliability of the device and its system has been calculated,and then their reliability functions have been obtained. Finally,the useful measurement for reliability increment of the system is put forward.
