摘要
目的:使用Meta分析系统评价杞菊地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼的疗效及安全性。方法:检索CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM、PubMed等数据库,搜集有关随机对照试验,检索时间由建库至2019年6月。采用纳入与排除标准筛查文献、提取数据,对入选文献进行质量评价,通过运用Revman5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:所选10篇临床随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCTs)文献,共847例。结果显示临床总有效率,OR=1.25,95%CI=[1.16,1.35],P<0.00001;泪液分泌量(schirmer)MD=2.82,95%CI=[1.59,4.05],P<0.00001;泪膜破裂时间(BUT)MD=4.03,95%CI=[1.68,6.38],P=0.0008;其中有6篇文献提及不良反应,OR=0.60,95%CI[0.24,1.52],P=0.29。结论:杞菊地黄丸联合玻璃酸钠组治疗干眼相对于玻璃酸钠组临床总疗效更佳,治疗后的SIT、BUT也优于玻璃酸钠组且安全性良好,但今后需要样本量大、高质量、设计严格、多中心的RCT以提供可靠的证据。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qiju Dihuang pill combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye using Meta-analysis system.Methods:Databases such as CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,and PubMed were searched and randomized controlled trials were collected.The search time was from the establishment of the library to June 2019.The inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen the literature and extract the data,and the quality of the selected literature was evaluated.The data was analyzed by Revman5.3 software.Results:A total of 847 clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were selected.The results showed clinical total effective rate,OR=1.25,95%CI=[1.16,1.35],P<0.00001;tear secretion(schirmer)MD=2.82,95%CI=[1.59,4.05],P<0.00001;Membrane rupture time(BUT)MD=4.03,95%CI=[1.68,6.38],P=0.0008;6 of them mentioned adverse reactions,OR=0.60,95%CI[0.24,1.52],P=0.29.Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang pill combined with sodium hyaluronate group is better for the treatment of dry eye than sodium hyaluronate group.The SIT and BUT after treatment are better than the sodium hyaluronate group and the safety is good,but in the future,the sample size is large.High quality,well-designed,multicenter RCT to provide reliable evidence.
