摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法对照组30例干眼症患者用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组30例干眼症患者在对照组基础上加入杞菊地黄丸治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.33%)要高于对照组患者(83.33%),两组数据差异差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗干眼症的临床疗效突出。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods Control group of 30 patients with xerophthalmia treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the observation group of 30 patients with xerophthalmia in the control group based on Qijudihuangwan,then compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients（93.33%）were significantly higher than control group patients（83.33%）,two groups of data was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of xerophthalmia,the clinical efficacy was outstanding.
