摘要
目的 :阐述血府逐瘀汤在眼科术后的应用 ,探讨眼科术后中医治疗的规律。方法 :阐述本方的组成与方解、现代中药药理研究、中医对眼科术后常见证候的认识 ;确立以行气活血、祛瘀明目为主要治法 ,据证兼用祛风清热、利水消肿、健脾渗湿、退翳明目等及该方在眼科的术后反应和对常见并发症的具体应用。结果 :本方用于眼科术后具有减轻手术反应、预防和控制手术并发症的发生发展、促进术后康复的作用。结论 :以血府逐瘀汤处理眼科术后反应重证和并发症 。
Objective:To study on the application of xuefu zhuyu decoction and regularity of TCM treatment in post operation of ophthalmopathy Method:According to the composition,modern pharmacological study of xuefu zhuyu decoction and the TCM comprehension on common symptoms after operation of ophthalmopathy,activating qi and blood,removing blood stasis and improving eyesight were recognized as the main treatment Meanwhile,the methods of dispelling wind,clearing heat,removing dampness and fortifying spleen are also be applied Result:Using the recipe after operation can alleviate the reaction to operation,prevent and inhibit the occurrence and development of operative complication,accelerate the healing after operation Conclusion:Xuefu zhuyu decoction is an effective recipe to severe reaction and complication of ophthalmologic post operation Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the curative effect of ophthalmopathy
