摘要
文章通过对上海市不同学历的大学生创业者进行调研,整理出348份调研数据并建立多元线性回归模型,考察了不同行业的创业者的创业动机对创业绩效的影响,并以创业胜任力为中介变量探讨创业动机对创业绩效的影响效果。结果显示,创业动机对创业绩效有显著正向影响,创业胜任力有助于提高生存动机对创业绩效的正向影响,并可提高机会动机对创业绩效的正向影响。因此,创业者应注重创业生存动机意识,提高创业者的创业综合能力,使之转化为创业实践,提升创业成功率。
This paper investigated the entrepreneurs of college students with different degrees in Shanghai,collected 348 data and established a multiple linear regression model to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance.It introduces entrepreneurial ability as an intermediary variable to explore the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance.The results show that entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,and some intermediary opportunity motivation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Therefore,entrepreneus should pay attention to the consciousness of entrepreneurial survival motivation,improve the entrepreneurial comprehensive ability,make it into entrepreneurial practice,and enhance the success rate of entrepreneurship.
