摘要
以大学生创业者为研究对象,通过对196个有效样本的跟踪调查和访谈,实证分析了创业动机与创业绩效的关系。创业动机被区分为生存驱动型、机会驱动型和成就驱动型三种,创业绩效则被分为生存绩效和成功绩效两类。研究结果表明,创业动机对创业绩效产生显著影响,但不同类型的创业动机对创业绩效产生不同影响。成就驱动型创业更加容易取得创业成功,机会驱动型创业更容易导致失败,而生存驱动型创业与创业成功和失败均没有显著关系。
This article took the college student entrepreneurs as the research object. Based on 196 valid sam- ples surveyed and interviewed, this article empirically analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial motivation includes survival - driven motivation, opportunity - driven motivation, and achievement- driven motivation. Entrepreneurial performance includes survival type and success type. The results show that, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant impact on entrepreneurial perform- ance. However, different types of entrepreneurial motivation have different influence. Achievement - driven entre- preneurship makes more success in business, but opportunity - driven entrepreneurship results in more failure in business, and survival driven -entrepreneurship has nothing to do with success and failure.
