摘要
相比常规变电站,智能变电站增加了合并单元和智能终端设备,保护整组动作时间有所延长,给电网安全稳定运行带来了不利的影响。分析了智能变电站的体系结构,对造成保护动作时间延长的各个关键环节进行了研究,提出了合并单元、智能终端及保护装置时延优化方案,通过动模实验验证了时延优化效果。优化二次设备的动作时延,可以提高智能变电站保护整组动作时间,保障电力系统安全稳定运行,为后续智能变电站的建设和方案设计提供切实的技术支撑。
Compared with conventional substations,smart substations add merging units and intelligent terminals,which prolong the operation time of protection,and bring adverse effects on the safe and stable operation of power grid.the architecture of smart substation is analyzed,and the key links causing the prolongation of protection operation time are studied.The delay optimization schemes of merging unit,intelligent terminal and protection device are put forward.The effect of time delay optimization is verifed by dynamic simulation test.Optimizing the action delay of secondary equipment can improve the whole operation time of protection in smart substation,ensure the safe and stable operation of power system,and provide practical technical support for the subsequent construction and scheme design of smart substation.
