摘要
一二次融合成套柱上断路器是新兴的配网设备,整组动作时间是衡量其性能的重要指标,相关标准只对断路器的脱扣器规定了动作要求,没有给出一二次融合成套柱上断路器整组动作时间测量方法。通过介绍一二次融合技术现状和一二次融合成套柱上断路器的分类及结构,给出了一二次融合成套柱上断路器整组动作时间的技术要求,提出了整组动作时间的测量方法,包括测量接线、测量过程、结果判断。测量方法过程严谨,简单方便,具有广泛的应用性。
The live tank vacuum circuit-breaker with primary and secondary device fusion is a new equipment in distribution network,and its whole-set action time is an important index to measure its performance. The relevant standards only specify the action requirements for the circuit-breaker tripper,but lack measurement methods for whole-set action time of live tank vacuum circuit-breaker with primary and secondary device fusion.This paper introduces the present situation of primary and secondary device fusion,and the classification and structure of the live tank vacuum circuit-breaker with primary and secondary device fusion,presenting the technical requirements for whole-set action time of the circuit-breaker,and the measurement methods of whole-set action time as well,including measuring wiring,measuring process and result judgment. The measuring process is rigorous,simple and convenient,and has a wide range of applications.
