220kV智能变电站模块化建设中HGIS与GIS技术经济对比分析 被引量:9

Technical and economic analysis of HGIS and GIS in 220 kV intelligent substation modular construction

摘要 HGIS综合了AIS和GIS的优点,推动了智能变电站模块化建设的发展。为探讨HGIS在220 kV模块化智能变电站的技术和经济性能,首先分析了220 kV智能变电站HGIS与GIS组合电器在技术方面的差异,重点对比两者结构、占地空间和可靠性等方面的优劣。然后建立了全寿命周期分析模型,以河南官庄220 kV智能变电站为例,对比分析了HGIS与GIS在初始投资、运行、维护、故障和退役成本的经济指标,综合得到了220 kV智能变电站的全寿命周期成本。分析结果表明,220 kV智能变电模块化建设中,HGIS方案初始投资高于GIS方案,但全寿命周期HGIS方案可节约390万元,同时大幅提高了运行灵活性和可靠性,为220 kV智能变电站模块化建设HGIS选型配置提供了参考依据。 HGIS combines the advantages of AIS and GIS,which promotes the development of the intelligent substation modular construction.In order to discuss the performance of the HGIS in 220 kV intelligent substation,the difference between the HGIS and GIS in the technology is firstly analyzed.The structure,floor space and reliability of the HGIS and GIS are compared.The life cycle cost(LCC)model is established and the data is according to the 220 kV intelligent substation in Henan.The cost of investment,operation,maintenance,failure and disposal between HGIS and GIS are analyzed by the LCC model.The LCC of the HGIS and GIS in 220 kV intelligent substation is obtained.The analysis results indicate that the initial cost of the HGIS is a little higher than that of GIS while the LCC of the HGIS is 3.9 million less than that of the GIS.In addition,the fexibility and reliability is improved by the HGIS apparatus.The paper supplies the base for the configuration of the 220 kV intelligent substation.
