原位注射成型树脂体系SK型静态混合过程数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation on the SK Type Static Mixing Process for In-situ Injection Molding Resin System

摘要 针对原位注射成型树脂体系在熔融状态下的在线混合难题,依托自主搭建的原位注射成型系统平台,结合仿真和实验研究了一种新型低分子热塑性树脂体系环状对苯二甲酸丁二醇脂(CBT500)/二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTL)的SK型静态混合过程,运用统计学理论中不均匀系数(COV)对混合质量进行定量表征,得到了SK型静态混合头的混料芯的单元个数、长径比、螺旋角对混合质量的影响机理和规律。结果表明,混合质量随着混料芯单元个数的增加而提高,并且随着单元数的增加,混合质量的提高的效果逐渐变小,当单元数从3提高到10时,不均匀系数由0.90降低至0.05;混料芯单元的长径比越小,达到同样混合质量所通过的混合头长度越短,当长径比由1.5减少为1.0时,不均匀系数达到0.05所需的混合头长度由116 mm减小至80 mm;混合物通过同样个数的混料芯时,混料芯单元的长径比增大,有助于提高混合质量;混料芯单元的螺旋角度越大,混合质量越好,通过10个混料芯之后,当螺旋角由120°增加至180°时,不均匀系数从0.05提高为0.08。研究结果为原位注射成型树脂体系的在线混合装置的研制提供了参考依据。 Aiming at the problem of on-line mixing of in-situ injection molding for low molecular thermoplastic resin system in molten state,based on the independent in-situ injection molding system platform,and combined with simulation and experimental research,the SK static mixing of a new type of low molecular thermoplastic resin system CBT500/DBTL was studid.COV in statistical theory was uesd for quantitative characterization of mixing quality.In the process,the influence mechanism and law of the number of elements,length-diameter ratio and the helix angle of the core of the SK type static mixing head on the mixing quality were obtained.The results showed that the mixing quality increases as the number of mixing core units increases.When the number of mixing core units increases from 3 to 10,the value of COV reduces from 0.90 to 0.05.The smaller the length-diameter ratio,the shorter the distance through which the same mixing quality is reached.When the length-diameter ratio is reduced from 1.5 to 1.0,the length of the mixing head required for the COV value of 0.05 is reduced from 116 mm to 80 mm.The larger the helix angle,and the better the mixing ability.After passing through 10 mixing cores,the COV increases from 0.05 to 0.08 when the helix angle increases from 120°to 180°.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the reliability of the simulation results.The research results provide a reference for the development of resin system on-line mixing device of in-situ injection molding.
