摘要
静态混合器是一种结构简单、紧凑、节能的混合设备。两种流体在流经静态混合器时受混合单元的约束,产生分流、合流、旋转,使流体相互间达到充分的混合。通过实践分析静态混合器在使用中存在的问题进行原因查找,找出解决问题的办法,改善混合效果和延长设备使用周期。
The static mixer is a simple, compact, energy-efficient mixing equipment. Two fluids in flowing through the static mixer by the constraints of the mixing unit, generating shunt confluence rotation, between the fluid to achieve adequate mixing. Analysis of the problem of static mixer in use through practice to find reasons to find a solution to the problem, to improve the mixing effect and extend equipment life cycle.
