摘要
为提高干式变压器低压线圈端部环氧浇注树脂与固化剂混合效率及质量,减少混料过程中有害挥发物对操作人员的健康风险,本研究分析了环氧浇注树脂与固化剂的混合工艺及控制要点,并提出了一种自动化混料解决方案。(1)配备上料站搅拌系统,解决预混料填料沉降问题;(2)采用气动隔膜泵作为输送泵,有效应对原材料含固体颗粒、高黏度及腐蚀性等特点;(3)采用伺服电机驱动计量泵系统精确控制双组分配比,并在计量泵出口端配置质量流量计,实现配比的在线实时监测与精准控制;(4)设备末端采用混合管作为静态混料器,降低设备复杂度及维护难度。经生产实践验证,采用该设备一批次浇注9台2 000 kVA低压线圈,人工介入时间由人工手动混合的60 min缩短至设备自动混合的5 min;混合质量稳定,设备可靠性高,有效提升了生产现场作业效率。
To improve the mixing efficiency and quality of epoxy casting resin and curing agent at the end of the low-voltage coil of dry-type transformers and reduce the health risks of harmful volatiles to operators during the mixing process,the mixing process and control key points of epoxy casting resin and curing agent are analyzed,and an automated mixing solution is proposed.(1)feeding station with a stirring system is equipped to solve the problem of filler sedimentation in the premix;(2)pneumatic diaphragm pump is used as the transfer pump to effectively cope with the characteristics of raw materials such as containing solid particles,high viscosity,and corrosiveness;(3)servo motor is used to drive the metering pump system to precisely control the ratio of the two components,and a mass flow meter is setup at the outlet end of the metering pump to achieve online real-time monitoring and precise control of the ratio;(4)mixing tube is used as a static mixer at the end of the equipment to reduce the complexity and maintenance difficulty of the equipment.Production practice verified that,when using this equipment to cast 9 units of 2000 kVA low-voltage coils in one batch,the manual intervention time is shortened from 60 min by manual mixing to 5 min by automatic mixing;the mixing quality is stable,the equipment reliability is high,and the operation efficiency at the production site is effectively improved.
