摘要
提出"拔尖创新型人才"、"复合应用型人才"和"国际化人才"的分类分型人才培养目标,明确将"坚持以本为本,推进四个回归"、"注重学生实践创新能力的培养,加强学生学习过程的考核"等列为培养要求,并对原有的课程体系进行调整和优化。同时还提出后续的一系列改革计划和措施以提高人才培养质量。
In this paper,we implemented the reform of talents training program for Remote Sensing Science and Technology(RSST)in Jiangsu Normal University.In the new program,the students in RSST will be trained and classified as three modules,such as the innovative,compound and international talents.The pivotal and strategic role of undergraduate education and the concept of four"return to"are underlined,which are return to the basics of education,return to the basic responsibility,return to the original aspiration,and return to the mission as intellectual powerhouses.The new program requests to improve students’practical and innovative abilities,and strengthen the process assessment.The curriculum system is adjusted and optimized.Subsequent series of reform plans and measurements will be taken to improve the ability and quality of talents training.
