摘要
为了探明白芥自交不亲和性变异情况,选育自交亲和品系,利用田间套袋自交法、剥蕾自交法和开放授粉法,对来源不同的20份白芥材料进行自交亲和性遗传变异类型分析.结果表明:白芥自交不亲和性的变异幅度较大,自交亲和指数在0.00~5.71之间,这种变异不仅存在于品系间,而且存在于品系内不同个体间. 20份材料中,自交亲和指数≥1的有11个,占品系总数的55%,其中高自交亲和性的品系有4个,0<自交亲和指数<1的有9个,高自交不亲和的品系有1个.从白芥相对自交亲和指数来看,除了品系19相对自交亲和指数>1.00外,其它白芥相对自交亲和指数均<1.00.同时,白芥品系中存在广泛的自交不亲和变异类型,20份材料的自交不亲和性状遗传变异可分为四种类型,白芥群体中存在自交亲和基因,可为筛选出自交亲和系提供理论依据.
To evaluate variation of self-incompatibility,select self-compatible materials,genetic variation of self-incompatibility,twenty white mustard cultivars were examined using three methods of self-pollination,bud-pollination and open-pollination in isolated flowers under field conditions. Results showed that:significant variation in self-incompatibility were observed within the species and among different individual plants in white mustard. The mean compatibility index ranged from 0 to 5.71;11 lines compatibility index ≥1,holding 55 percent of the studied 20 lines and including 4 lines with highly self-compatibility,9 lines whose compatibility index were 0~1,1 line with highly self-incompatibility. Regarding relative compatibility index of the White mustard,except for line 19,others relative compatibility index were <1.00. Meanwhile,variation in self-incompatibility among different white mustard were found and divided into four types. There are self-compatibility genes in species,which could provide the theoretical basis for selecting the inbred line.
