摘要
目的了解杭州市在校大学生的性知识、性态度、性行为和性教育需求现状,为高校开展性教育提供对策建议。方法采用问卷调查方式,对杭州市滨江高教园6所大学的1 121名大学生进行调查。结果 352名(31.4%)学生认为自己对性相关知识所知甚少;626名(55.8%)学生希望能更多地了解性健康知识,男生比例多于女生,非医学生比例多于医学生,农村比例多于县城、城市,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。320名(28.5%)学生赞同未婚同居,男生比例多于女生,非医学生比例多于医学生,差异均有统计学意义。457名(40.8%)学生赞成在大学校园内公开发放安全套,男生比例多于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性行为发生率为14.0%,男生比例多于女生,非医学生比例多于医学生,城市和县城比例多于农村,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大学生对性知识的期望途径比例最高为学校开设的相关课程。结论不同特征的大学生在性知识、态度和行为的差异显著,应加强性教育课程建设,发挥辅导员对大学生性教育的重要作用,并利用新媒体对同伴教育方法进行创新。
Objective To understand the current status of sexual knowledge,attitudes,behaviors,and sexual education needs of college students in Hangzhou,and provide countermeasures for sexual education in universities.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to survey 1 121 college students from 6 universities in Hangzhou Binjiang Higher Education Park.Results A total of 352(31.4%)students thought that they knew little about sexual knowledge.626(55.8%)students hoped to learn more about sexual health.The proportion of boys was more than girls,the proportion of non-medical students was more than medical students,and the proportion of rural people was higher than that of counties and cities,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 320(28.5%)students agreed that unmarried cohabitation had more boys than girls and more non-medical students than medical students.The difference was statistically significant.A total of 457(40.8%)students agreed to publicly issue condoms on university campuses.The proportion of boys was more than that of girls,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of sexual behavior was 14.0%.There were more boys than girls,more non-medical students than medical students,and more cities and counties than rural areas,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest proportion of college students’ expectations of sexual knowledge was related courses offered by the school.Conclusion College students with different characteristics have significant differences in sexual knowledge,attitudes and behaviors.The construction of sex education courses should be strengthened,the important role of counselors in college students’ sex education should be strengthened,and new media should be used to innovate peer education methods.
